Healing our society goes hand in hand with healing our personal, elemental connection with the phenomenal world.
—Chogyum Trungpa Rinpoche
Nature has an amazing ability to rejuvenate itself, if we give it the chance. The Cupping Hands land has been in a state of rejuvenation for seventeen years, showing remarkable signs of recovery each year. As earth and water stewards, we realize the utter necessity of respecting and serving planet earth, our only real home. On this land we can ground ourselves in vitality and experience a physical, psychological and spiritual recharging.
By changing our perception that earth exists solely for our needs, we begin to contemplate the inherent rights of mother nature and how our own actions contribute to the ecological peril. As loving stewards we have the opportunity to create a model of the future with clean air, water and healthy ecosystems for generations to come.
